1. Create a new document. Press ‘Ctrl+O’ or ‘File -> New…’ and enter the following values into the fields: Width=400px Height=300px Resolution=72pixels/inch

2. Make color the same with this image:
|
|
3.Press ‘Ctrl+Delete’ and your background color will be black.
4.Write ‘ALIENS’ text in your document.
|
|
5.Press Ctrl and click on ‘text layer’.
|
|
and you will have this:
|
|
6. Choose ‘Filter -> Blur -> Radial Blur…’
|
|
7. Use the same tooling:
|
|
8.You will have this:
|
|
9. Click : ‘Select -> Inverse’ or ‘Shift+Ctrl+i’
10. Repeat steps 6 and 7 and you will see this:
