If you watched STARWARS Episode III: Revenge of the Sith, then you must have remembered the scene where Anakin killed the seperatists-leaders. His eyes are furiously red.
Learn how to recreate THAT effect using this tutorial!
Eyes filled with hatred
Transform your eyes into the eyes of Anakin from STARWARS Revenge of the Sith!

Step 1 Open up a new image of someone with a good shot of the person's eyes;
I've chosen a picture of Angelina Jolie;

Step 2 Then try to select the eyes with the Elliptical Marquee-Tool;
Press CTRL+C and CTRL+V wich will make a copy to a new layer;
If you don't have a perfect orb as an eye, take the Polygonal Lasso-Tool and delete some of the new layer;

Step 3 Now, make sure you have 2 eye-layers, otherwise this doesn't work;
Add these blending-options to it by right-clicking on the layer and press Gradient Overlay;

Step 4 You should have something like this;

Step 5 Press D and select the layer that has the head on it;
Now, use the Burn-Tool to make it REALLY dark-red around the eyes, and you're done!
